to join a US-based team working on high-quality architectural projects in
New York City
.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced architect who has strong
Project Management experience
, excellent English communication skills, strong Revit skills, and a solid technical background in architectural design and construction documentation.

*About the Role*

As an
Architectural Project Manager
, you will be responsible for leading architectural projects from inception through completion, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high technical standard.

You will work closely with architects, structural engineers, MEP consultants, interior designers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and high-quality deliverables.

The projects will focus primarily on




multifamily and mixed-use buildings in New York City
, including medium-rise and high-rise developments.

*Key Responsibilities*
- Lead and manage architectural projects throughout different phases of design and documentation.
- Develop and monitor project schedules, deliverables, and budgets.
- Coordinate architects, engineers, consultants, and other project stakeholders.
- Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication across multidisciplinary teams.
- Review architectural designs and construction documents for quality, accuracy, and completeness.
- Develop detailed architectural drawings and construction documents.
- Ensure designs comply with applicable industry standards, regulations, and project requirements.
- Work closely with structural, MEP, and other consultants to ensure effective design coordination.
- Identify potential project issues and proactively develop solutions.
