Masterbatch Production Maintanance Specialist

Relocation Opportunity – Lima, Peru

We are looking for an experienced
maintenance and production expert
with strong knowledge of
Farrell Pomini Continuous Mixers
and
black masterbatch production
to join a leading international plastics company in Lima, Peru.

Key Responsibilities
- Improve performance and reliability of TSCM equipment
- Reduce downtime and increase production efficiency
- Lead preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities
- Support technical improvement and equipment upgrade projects
- Troubleshoot production and equipment issues

Requirements
- 6+ years in industrial manufacturing
- 3+ years working with continuous mixers, compounders,



and extrusion equipment
- Hands-on experience with
Farrell Pomini Continuous Mixers
- Experience in
black masterbatch production
- Knowledge of predictive and preventive maintenance
- Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or similar technical background
- Good English for an international work environment
