We're a B2B SaaS company (swag, gifting, and employee recognition for tech companies).

We're hiring a Swag Designer to support our swag team. You'll build the merch mockups our team uses to sell, keep our product catalog current, and be the design support the swag side runs on day to day.

Key Responsibilities:

*Swag Mockups*

Create branded merch mockups for client presentations and proposals — client logo applied accurately, with the right placement, colors and scale for each product.

Produce mockups fast and at volume, so sales and account teams never wait on design.

Prepare production-ready versions of approved mockups so they can go to the vendor.

*Product Catalog*

Upload and manage product images in our catalog system.

Edit and adjust PSD files following strict layer and naming rules.

Source high-quality product and lifestyle imagery.

Enhance images using AI tools — background cleanup, realism, consistency.

Apply the same visual standards across large volumes of products, and keep grid and subcategory organization clean.





*Design Support*

Add products and mockups into client presentations and decks.

Create merch designs, including PerkUp's own branded merch.

General design support — the week's priorities change, and you're comfortable with that.

*Innovation*

Test new AI tools as they come out and bring what works into the day-to-day.

Qualifications

Experience: Junior to intermediate designer. Real exposure to production or product imagery.

Portfolio: Mockups, packaging, merch or product work.

Tools: Photoshop at a strong level (PSD, strict layer discipline), Illustrator for print-production work (vector cleanup, logo redraws, Pantone), Figma, AI-assisted design tools.

Knowledge: How decoration methods behave and where they fail — screen print, embroidery, DTG, sublimation, engraving. Building DST files can be learned on the job if the rest is there.
