About isee.art
isee.art is building the operating system for visual artists. Our platform helps artists, galleries and art professionals manage their artworks, build catalogs, share their work, create professional artwork pages and connect more effectively with collectors.
We are an early-stage startup growing internationally, and we are looking for someone to join our founding team and help us build strong relationships with the artists and art professionals joining the platform.
The Role
We are looking for a User Success & Growth Coordinator who is proactive, organised and excellent with people.
Your main goal is to make sure that users don't just register — they activate, use, engage and ultimately become paying users.
You will work directly with our team and have strong opportunities to grow your role as isee.art expands internationally.
What You'll Do
User Activation —
Help new users get started, answer questions through live chat and follow up to make sure they are actually using isee.art.
Lead Follow-up —
Follow up with potential users,
answer questions and make sure promising conversations don't go cold.
User Reactivation —
Reach out to registered users who haven't become active and help them get started.
Product Usage —
Encourage users to upload artworks, create catalogs and use the key features of the platform.
Content Collection —
Work with artists and users to collect Reels, exhibition photos, videos and other content that our marketing team can turn into social content.
Testimonials & Success Stories —
Help us identify successful users and collect testimonials and stories about how they use isee.art.
User Feedback —
Track recurring questions, problems and requests and communicate them to the product team.
Growth Tracking —
Keep track of conversations, follow-ups, activations and conversions so we understand what is working and where users are getting stuck.
