About the job

Our client is looking for a Senior Product Designer based in Argentina to bring design closer to code and shorten the distance between idea and what actually reaches the user. The role sits at the intersection of product design and AI-assisted workflows. The designer will work on two products: a consumer mobile care search experience and a B2B analytics platform for brokers and benefits teams.

What You’ll Do
- Own design end-to-end — from problem definition to launch.
- Use AI tools as a core part of the process to iterate faster, explore more options, and deliver prototypes that feel real.
- Contribute to the design system and maintain a high standard of quality and detail.




- Collaborate with Product and Engineering from the start to understand the problem before proposing solutions.
- Prototype in code to close the gap between design and engineering.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product design.
- B2/C1 english level,
- Strong AI maturity: you already direct AI tools, critically review and correct their output, and know when not to use them.
- Proven end-to-end design ownership — you have taken products from problem definition through to shipped outcomes (not just executed on a spec).
- User research as a core skill: experience talking to real users and changing design decisions based on those insights.
- Experience in both consumer mobile and B2B products.
- Consumer mobile fluency: ability to make experiences feel fast, trustworthy, and native on a phone.
- Portfolio that demonstrates how you use AI in your process (features, workflows, or your own experiments).
- Advanced English — the team works primarily in English.
