AI Performance Video Editor

We're looking for someone who can create ads that actually perform. Not just visually nice. Not just "aesthetic." But scroll-stopping, conversion-driven, revenue-generating.

Here's the part that makes this role different: most of what we produce is
generated, not filmed

What you'll actually be doing
- Producing paid ads for Meta, TikTok, Instagram and other platforms — from blank page to final export
- Creating AI UGC: generated creators, generated environments, generated product demos
- Building and directing AI avatars — casting the face, the voice, the delivery, the lipsync
- Generating animation, motion graphics and B-roll with AI instead of digging through stock
- Prompting, re-prompting and problem-solving until the output reads as
*real*
, not as "AI"
- Cutting both short-form and long-form performance content




- Working closely with Creative Directors and Media Buyers to improve results
- Using sound design, pacing, hooks and structure intentionally — not randomly
- Testing new models and tools constantly, and sharing what works with the rest of the team
- Delivering on time. Always.

What matters to us
- A portfolio that clearly shows your editing skill — AI work is a plus, but the fundamentals have to be there
- Strong Premiere Pro (After Effects and other tools are a big plus)
- Hands-on experience with AI generation tools — image, video, voice — or a proven track record of picking up new tools fast
- Ability to hook attention in the first 3 seconds
- Understanding that ads are about performance — not awards
- Taste: knowing when a generated shot is good enough to ship, and when it's uncanny and needs another pass
- Speed, curiosity, and willingness to level up
- Clear communication and teamwork

- Have worked with tools like Higgsfield, Veo
