We’re looking for a
fast, talented Graphic Designer with real experience creating paid advertising creatives
for Meta Ads and Google Ads.

This is not a branding/logo design position.

We need someone who knows how to create
beautiful ads that also get clicks and conversions.

What You'll Create
- Meta / Facebook / Instagram ad creatives
- Google Display banner ads
- Static image ads
- Carousel creatives
- Promotional graphics
- Offer-driven campaign creatives
- Multiple variations of winning concepts
- Resized versions across different ad placements

What We're Looking For
- Strong portfolio of
paid advertising creatives
- Experience designing for Meta Ads and/or Google Ads
- Excellent visual hierarchy and typography
- Ability to make an offer immediately understandable
- Understanding of direct-response / performance marketing




- Ability to create several variations of a concept quickly
- Fast turnaround and reliable communication
- Excellent attention to detail
