The Role We’re looking for a Head of Revenue to own ARR/NRR and lead the full GTM system across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Community. This is a critical role for Lazo’s next phase. Today, Lazo has strong organic acquisition and solid conversion rates (~30%), but lacks a predictable and scalable revenue engine and system. Growth depends on non-systematic efforts (events, partnerships, referrals), which limits our ability to scale. Your mission is to build a repeatable, scalable revenue engine that can support 10x growth in the next 24–36 months and prepare the company for a successful next funding round.
