Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of experience in business development, managing agreements or partnerships.
- Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.

Preferred qualifications:




- Ability to communicate in Portuguese, Spanish and English fluently as this is a customer facing role that requires interactions with stakeholders.
- Strategic Growth & Partnerships: Identified key market opportunities and negotiated high-value partnerships to drive scalable, long-term revenue.
- Consultative Selling: Used a consultative approach to build trust, navigate complex deals, and deliver tailored solutions that boost retention.
- People Management & Culture: Led and mentored high-performing teams by setting clear benchmarks and aligning goals with company strategy.
- Sales Coaching & Enablement: Coached account teams, optimized pipeline management, and accelerated time-to-close through targeted performance analysis.
