Technical Support Specialist

Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Technical Support Specialist supporting a SaaS platform used by property managers and hosts to manage listings, reservations, and guest communications across multiple booking channels. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Providing application support services to clients via our support system, email, and sometimes WhatsApp.
Helping customers set up the product, including channel connections to OTAs (Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, Expedia, and others), and participating in product demos and trainings.




Troubleshooting sync issues between Hostify and connected booking platforms (e.g., reservation, pricing, and availability discrepancies).
Alerting the development team about complaints and incidents.
Responding to alerts and various technical issues, in real time, on a daily basis.
Collecting customer feedback on a regular basis.
Tracking events until problems are resolved, contacting stakeholders in the organization when needed.

Requirements
Must have experience as an application support specialist for a SaaS platform, working with international clients.
Experience with short-term rental (STR) booking sites and OTAs (e.g., Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo/HomeAway, Expedia) is required — familiarity with listing management, channel syncing, or reservation workflows is a strong plus.
