Reports To and Team Reports to: Director of Recruitment Partners with: VP of Operations, Recruiters/Senior Recruiters, Manager of Accounts, Recruitment Marketing, Operations/Analytics, and Hiring Managers. Key Responsibilities 1) Client Success and Communication Lead intake/kickoff and calibration; write the must‑haves,



decision rules, and response‑time expectations. Run weekly status; set agendas; document actions, owners, and due dates; manage escalations quickly. 2) Delivery Leadership Recruit on critical or niche roles to set quality and speed standards. Balance work across the team and remove blockers (interview availability, pay alignment, panel readiness). Ensure first slates are on time and the funnel is healthy. 3) Insights and Reporting Publish weekly client scorecards; read funnel conversion, decline reasons, and channel Return on Investment (ROI). Deliver MBR/QBR sections: trends, risks, forecast vs demand, and a simple action plan with owners and dates. 4) Scope, Budget, and Change Control Track work vs scope; raise change‑orders when needed; support renewals and expansions.
