You'll partner closely with our clinical, admissions, and operational teams to expand our referral network, educate providers on our services, and create seamless pathways for adolescents and families seeking behavioral healthcare. Success in this role comes from developing trusted relationships—not making sales calls. You'll become a clinical resource for referral partners while helping increase awareness of our Partial Hospitalization Program and related services. What You'll Do Build Clinical Partnerships Develop and maintain strong referral relationships with:



Behavioral health clinicians Hospitals and emergency departments Primary care providers Pediatricians Schools and guidance departments Community mental health organizations Residential programs Identify new referral opportunities throughout your assigned territory. Become a trusted resource regarding adolescent behavioral health services and levels of care. Grow Our Referral Network Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to support census growth. Regularly meet with referral partners through in-person visits, networking events, presentations, and educational meetings. Represent ilearn wellness group at conferences, professional organizations, and community events. Maintain consistent follow-up with existing referral sources while continually developing new partnerships. Collaborate with Internal Teams Partner closely with Admissions and Clinical Leadership to ensure an exceptional referral experience.
