As a BrightBee [https://brightbee.org/] Before and After School Group Leader,
you’ll support students in local schools—helping them learn, grow, and succeed.
We are currently partnered San Ramon Unified School District. During your
interview we will go into detail about what assignments are available at these
sites. The more sites and assignment types you are open to working, the more
your earning potential is.
* Lead a group of students through daily curriculum activities (World
Languages, STEAM, Fitness, Maker, and Arts)
* Make child safety the top priority at all times
* Keep the space clean and organized
* Help create an environment where kids feel supported and included
* Build strong relationships with teammates, kids, families, and school staff
* You’re patient, reliable, and positive
* Enjoys working with children in a structured, high-energy environment
* Takes child safety seriously and follows procedures closely
* Is flexible, reliable, and ready to jump in wherever needed
