Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Account Executive to manage enterprise-level clients and drive strategic business growth across the LATAM region. The idóneo candidate brings 10+ years of sales experience, with a proven track record of selling software solutions, technology services, SaaS platforms, and/or business services to enterprise customers.
This role requires strong business and financial acumen, the ability to develop and execute strategic account plans,



and the capability to build trusted relationships with senior decision-makers. The successful candidate will collaborate cross-functionally to deliver customer value and drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities across the LATAM region.
Manage and expand relationships with enterprise-level clients.
Negotiate complex commercial agreements and ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Serve as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders and executive-level decision-makers.
Drive the entire sales cycle from prospecting through contract execution.
Analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer data to identify growth opportunities.
Translate business insights into actionable sales strategies and recommendations.
