What does a Finance Associate do at WPP Production?

The Finance Associate supports the day‑to‑day Studio and Post‑Production coordination of billing and recordkeeping, processes for all projects. This role partners closely with Broadcast,



Integrated Production, Post‑Production, and Producer Coordinators to ensure accurate documentation and timely processing of invoices. The Finance Coordinator-Associate also assists in resolving billing discrepancies and providing financial support across production teams to maintain smooth project operations.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES / PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Open and close jobs in Maconomy, create estimates, and prepare invoices in a timely manner.
- Complete vendor setup paperwork as required.
- Review OpCo reports and provide updated information when needed.
- Reconcile jobs by adding PODs and all required documentation for audit reviews.
- Create Open Job Reports for project review and distribute to Project Managers.
- Review work‑in‑progress to support partial billings and manage accruals.
