This role is based in Buenos Aires, Argentina (hybrid).

Where You’ll Make a Difference- Partner closely with commercial teams to position product capabilities, limitations, and alternative uses to meet customer needs
- Deliver technical training to internal sales teams and provide on-site training to customers-
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as engineering, manufacturing,



and quality to identify and resolve product or design challenges- Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying customer needs and translating them into technical or product solutions

What Makes You the Right Fit
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Food Science, Biotechnology, Engineering, or a related field-
- Experience supporting sales teams and interacting directly with customers
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities in technical environments
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders
- Fluency in English and Spanish
