As a key member of Western Union’s Payroll team based in Buenos Aires (CABA), Argentina, this role plays a critical part in delivering accurate and timely payroll operations, with a primary focus on Mexico payroll and secondary support for Peru payroll.



The position is responsible for managing end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and driving process standardization and improvements across payroll activities. This role acts as a central point of coordination between internal stakeholders and external vendors, supporting regional payroll efficiency and enhancing employee experience.

Role Responsibilities
- Process end-to-end payroll for Mexico in-house using payroll systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Support Peru payroll operations by collecting, validating, and consolidating payroll inputs for external vendor processing
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements across assigned countries
- Validate payroll data including earnings, deductions, taxes, and benefits prior to processing
- Perform payroll reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and implement corrective actions
- Maintain accurate payroll rec
