JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our Product Control team and help deliver accurate financial reporting that supports informed decision-making. In this role, you'll partner with trading desks and finance teams to produce timely P&L; reporting, strengthen controls, and support new initiatives. As a Product Control Analyst in the Product Control team, you will support financial controllers and trading desks to ensure P&L; reporting, balance sheet oversight, and month-end close procedures are completed accurately and on time. You will produce and analyze P&L; information, provide reporting to key stakeholders, and partner with cross-functional teams to resolve control and reporting issues. You will also support control enhancements and business initiatives through analysis and project support.

Job Responsibilities
- Assist with P&L; reporting and month-end close processes
- Produce, consolidate,



and analyze daily, monthly, and yearly P&L; information
- Provide detailed financial analysis and reporting to desk heads, business managers, and senior finance management
- Partner with the business to implement robust controls and support new initiatives
- Coordinate across front and back office support functions to resolve control and reporting issues accurately and on time
- Support investigations of reporting discrepancies and drive issues to resolution through appropriate follow-up and escalation
- Serve as an analytical and project support resource for product control, including process improvement efforts
- Handle ad hoc requests and time-sensitive analysis as needed

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
