What role you will play in our team:
The Digital Experience (DEX) Engineer is responsible for driving the organization’s Digital Employee Experience strategy through data-driven insights, observability, and automation. This role leverages Nexthink and related technologies to proactively monitor, measure, and improve the digital experience of employees across endpoint devices and workplace services.
- The position focuses on analyzing experience data, identifying improvement opportunities, developing automated remediation solutions, and enabling self-service capabilities that reduce user friction and improve productivity. By combining analytics, automation, and endpoint expertise, the DEX Engineer helps create a more reliable, efficient, and user-centric digital workplace.
