About the Role
We're looking for an experienced, hands-on Financial Controller to take ownership of accounting operations and financial reporting while helping transition the company's finance function from outsourced accounting to a fully in-house operation.
Reporting directly to the CFO, you'll own the General Ledger, month-end close, reconciliations, financial reporting, and accounting controls, while supervising bookkeeping, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable activities.
Deep, hands-on QuickBooks experience is essential for this position. We're specifically looking for someone who has used QuickBooks Online and/or Desktop as their primary day-to-day accounting system for at least 2–3 years,



including maintaining the General Ledger, performing reconciliations, running monthly close, and generating financial reports directly from the system.
This is a high-ownership role within a small, collaborative team. In addition to accounting responsibilities, you'll interact directly with clients on accounting-related requests, oversee team standards, and be comfortable supporting operational needs when necessary.
