We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Legal Counsel Antitrust & Competition to join our regional legal team. This is a critical role responsible for navigating the increasingly complex competition landscape across LATAM, managing a multi-jurisdictional portfolio across 10+ diverse markets,



ensuring our business continues to thrive in a robustly competitive environment while adhering to the highest standards of regulatory compliance.
What's On The Menu For You
Strategic Advisory: Oversee and advise on all aspects of competition law arising in the context of PedidosYa’s LATAM operations, including antitrust investigations and commercial agreements across 15 jurisdictions.
Compliance Driver: Support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the integral competition law compliance program, tailoring global frameworks to meet specific LATAM market nuances and adopting global standards into "field-ready" playbooks for local Ops teams in markets with varying degrees of antitrust maturity.
Stakeholder Partnership: Advise senior regional and local leadership on strategic initiatives, competition law risks, and regulatory investigations, acting as a trusted business partner who balances gl
