THE POSITION

Join the IT GFS organization in Buenos Aires as a Sr. System Analyst (System Lead) for the IT GFS Legal Team, driving operational excellence, system stability, and continuous improvement across critical applications.

Work closely with general and regional IT teams, business stakeholders, and infrastructure partners to ensure compliant, reliable, and high-performing systems.

Requirements

2+ years of experience as a System Lead, Sr. System Analyst, or similar IT role.

Strong knowledge of application support, operational excellence practices, and system lifecycle management.
Experience with hardware, software, databases, networking, and cloud-based environments.




Proven background in IT technical support or system administration within multicultural teams; experience in regulated environments (GxP/Pharma) is a plus.
Strong problem‑solving skills, client orientation, and ability to communicate effectively in English with technical and non‑technical audiences.
Solid understanding of infrastructure components and ITIL v4.0

Desirable:

Experience supporting Legal, Compliance, or Audit functions through eDiscovery, data preservation, investigation support, or digital forensic activities.

Knowledge of automation and scripting using Python, PowerShell, or similar technologies.

General knowledge of APIs and integration concepts

Tasks & Responsibilities

Ensure operational excellence of assigned systems by monitoring compliance, performance, access, identities, audit trails, and SLAs.
Coordinate system lifecycle activities including patching, backups, disaster recovery tests, archiving, and decommissioning.
Meet with IT and business stakeholders
