Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries through email, chat, phone, and other communication channels.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and requests.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary.
Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.

Requirements




1+ year of experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, Call Center, or a similar role.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Customer-focused and professional approach.
Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Comfortable working with CRM systems, communication platforms, and other digital tools.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
