About the Role
We are looking for a Production Designer to support a integral creative and marketing team with the execution and adaptation of marketing and advertising materials across digital and print channels.
The designer will work from approved creative and prepare it for market by resizing, adapting, and finalizing assets according to established brand and technical standards across multiple channels and formats.

Key Responsibilities
Adapt and resize approved creative into multiple channel-specific variations, including paid social, LinkedIn, display advertising, email, websites, and other digital channels.
Produce and layout print materials such as brochures, flyers, banners, and other marketing collateral.
Prepare production-ready files for both web and print according to established brand, technical, and channel-specific standards.




Ensure assets meet required specifications for dimensions, sizing, formatting, file types, color, resolution, and other production requirements.
Make production updates and adaptations to existing creative while preserving established visual and brand standards.
Follow established brand guidelines across all designs and ensure visual consistency across channels and formats.
Perform detailed QA of final assets, checking copy, spacing, alignment, images, colors, dimensions, resolution, formatting, and other production details before delivery.
Identify and correct errors in text, spacing, image placement, alignment, and formatting.
Manage, organize, save, and maintain creative assets within shared and cloud-based libraries.
Keep asset folders organized, clearly structured, and easy for the broader creative team to navigate.
Follow established file naming conventions, version control, and asset management practices.
