Part-Time Sales and Marketing Coordinator (AI-Agentic Era)

About the Role
We are looking for a Part-Time Sales and Marketing Coordinator to support and execute growth initiatives in an AI-first, agent-driven marketing environment. You will combine AI tools, automation systems, paid media platforms, and lightweight web development to build and scale high-performance sales marketing operations and drive revenue.

This is a hybrid role between sales, marketer, growth operator, and AI systems orchestrator.
Key Responsibilities
Sales and Marketing & Growth
Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (YouTube, Linkedin, SEO, paid media)
Use AI tools and agents to generate, test, and optimize content at scale
Manage content calendars and ensure consistent cross-platform execution
Monitor performance metrics and optimize conversion funnels
Prepare quotes and sales presentations to prospects
Manage the inbound sales funnel
Google Ads & Paid Media
Set up and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Remarketing)
Conduct keyword research and build high-intent ad groups




Continuously optimize CPC, CPA, and ROAS using data-driven experiments
Work with AI tools to generate ad copy variations and A/B testing sets
Web & Landing Pages (Light Development)
Implement conversion-focused design principles (funnels, CTAs, UX optimization)
Make basic HTML/CSS edits when needed for tracking or optimization
AI & Automation
Use AI agents to automate content creation, reporting, and campaign optimization
Build simple automation workflows (Zapier, Make, Notion AI, etc.)
Continuously test new AI tools and systems to improve marketing efficiency
Requirements
1–3 years experience in digital marketing, growth, or performance marketing
Hands-on experience with Google Ads (required)
Basic web development or no-code web building experience (WordPress)
Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals (funnels, conversion, SEO, paid ads)
Experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Perple
