About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented U.S. Immigration Paralegal to join our growing remote legal team.




The adecuado candidate will have proven experience handling U.S. immigration matters and possess a strong understanding of immigration processes, case preparation, and document management. This role requires a highly organized professional who can effectively manage a high-volume caseload, meet strict deadlines, and deliver exceptional client service in a fast-paced legal environment.
Working closely with attorneys and legal support staff, you will play a key role in preparing immigration filings, maintaining case records, communicating with clients, and ensuring matters progress efficiently throughout the immigration process.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, organize, and file immigration petitions, applications, and supporting documentation.
Draft and review legal documents, declarations, affidavits, recommendation letters, and client correspondence.
Communicate with clients to gather information, request supporting documentation, provide case updates, and
