As a QA Engineer, you will own hands-on manual quality assurance for customer-facing e-commerce storefronts, testing the complete shopping experience across desktop, mobile web, Android, and iOS. Your job is to approach each site like a real customer while thinking like a tester—digging beyond obvious functionality to uncover subtle bugs, inconsistencies, usability issues, and edge cases that others may overlook.

Responsibilities
Perform thorough manual QA testing of customer-facing e-commerce storefronts across desktop, mobile, Android, iOS, and major browsers.
Test complete customer journeys across homepage, search, collections, product pages, cart, and checkout.
Conduct functional, regression, smoke, exploratory, usability, end-to-end, cross-browser, and cross-device testing.
Validate storefront functionality following releases and site updates to ensure existing features and customer journeys continue to work as expected.
Identify functional bugs, edge cases, visual inconsistencies, and UX/UI issues that could negatively impact the customer experience.
Investigate and reproduce issues across different devices, browsers, and user journeys to understand when and how they occur.
Create clear, structured QA reports documenting customer impact, steps to reproduce, actual vs. expected behavior, and supporting evid
