We're looking for a Product Researcher to help us understand those users, uncover meaningful problems, and turn evidence into better product decisions.

About the Role

As a Product Researcher at Bask, your job is not simply to validate designs. You'll help us determine what we should build, why it matters, and whether what we shipped actually improved the experience.
You'll work closely with Product, Design, Engineering, and other teams to identify important questions, investigate user behavior, and turn ambiguous signals into clear product opportunities.




Our users span multiple sides of the telehealth ecosystem, including healthcare businesses, operators, providers, and patients. You'll develop a deep understanding of how these groups work, where they struggle, and where Bask can create meaningful leverage.
We value researchers who are pragmatic, curious, comfortable with ambiguity, and focused on outcomes rather than research ceremony.

What You'll Do
Partner with Product and Design to identify the highest-value questions to answer before solutions are defined.
Conduct qualitative and quantitative research across customers, operators, providers, and patients to understand their needs, behaviors, motivations, and pain points.
Build continuous relationships with users so research becomes an ongoing input into product development rather than something that happens only around individual projects.
