Process Development & Documentation
Build and refine customer relationship management processes, workflows, and playbooks from the ground up.
Develop and maintain clear documentation of customer engagement practices, escalation procedures, and service standards.
Create templates, guides,



and reference materials to support both internal teams and client communication.
Data & Analytics
Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Use analytics to measure customer satisfaction, retention rates, and campaign effectiveness.
Identify and implement opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on data-driven insights.
Duties
Developing and implementing strategies for building customer relationships and improving customer satisfaction
