Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Marketing Project Manager Senior to join our team. In this role, you will be the engine ensuring our advertising campaigns and creative projects run smoothly from start to finish. You will act as the main bridge between the client and our internal teams, requiring rapid adaptability to our agency's processes and the autonomy to manage multiple concurrent marketing projects flawlessly.

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination & Execution:
Manage the briefing and project pipeline for multiple simultaneous projects,



translating client needs into actionable plans to drive successful delivery of marketing and advertising campaigns.
Create and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and status reports using project management tools, adapting quickly to our internal creative workflows.
Coordinate internal cross-functional teams (Creative, Media, Strategy) to ensure everyone has what they need to succeed in their marketing deliverables.
Monitor project budgets and resources, flagging any risks or blockers immediately and proactively resolving them with high autonomy.

Client & Stakeholder Management:
Serve as the primary operational point of contact for the client, managing expectations and providing regular updates.
On-site Presence: Work from our agency offices in Buenos Aires twice a week to facilitate communication, foster team synergy, and strengthen our partnership.
