In Argentina (Córdoba), we are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join a banking-sector client and play a key role in deploying and managing mission-critical applications. This position requires strong expertise in infrastructure, automation, and CI/CD practices to ensure stability, scalability, and security across environments.
You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, provide technical support during deployments, and drive continuous improvement initiatives in DevOps processes.

This is you
5+ years of DevOps experience supporting and releasing production-critical applications, including incident troubleshooting and technical support;
Strong administration knowledge across Windows Server, Linux, AIX, IIS, and basic Active Directory, with working knowledge of Oracle, SQL Server, and SQL;
Solid understanding of enterprise infrastructure, networking, and communications;
Hands-on experience with CI/CD and DevOps tools such as Azure DevOps and Jenkins, plus Git/version-control practices;
Proficiency in scripting with PowerShell, Bash, or Python;
Strong analytical,



problem-solving, organizational, and detail-oriented skills, with the ability to follow controlled procedures during critical implementations;
Collaborative, proactive, and results-driven, with experience working in multidisciplinary teams;
Advanced student or graduate in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field;
Fluent in Spanish and intermediate English proficiency.

Nice-to-have skills:
Containerization and orchestration with Docker, Docker Compose, Kubernetes, and/or OpenShift;
Web infrastructure and networking: Apache, Nginx, Tomcat, DNS, TCP/IP, SSL/TLS, and digital certificates;
Cloud and CI/CD experience with Azure and/or AWS, GitHub Actions, and infrastructure automation;
Interest or experience in applying AI to technology or operational processes;
Background in banking, fintech, or other mission-critical, highly regulated environments.
