DESCRIPTION
We are looking to hire an Account Manager who will be responsible for liaising between key clients and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of all client requests. This person will operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to their accounts, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee the development of integrated account strategies across media, creative, data, and web development
Translate client objectives into actionable digital marketing strategies across paid media, SEO, social, and content
Cultivating relationships with existing clients to maximize client satisfaction, retention, and growth
Diagnosing client needs and then implementing strategies to help drive client satisfaction
Work as a liaison between client and internal departments to coordinate campaign updates,



upsell opportunities, and troubleshoot delivery and performance issues
Identify and pursue upsell/cross-sell opportunities, working with Business Development to grow account revenue
Manage the campaign launch process from start to finish, inclusive of client kick-off call, strategy recommendation, asset collection, optimization and delivery of performance reporting
Oversee campaign planning, execution, and optimization to ensure delivery meets or exceeds expectations
Partner and collaborate with department heads (HODs) to ensure strategic alignment and flawless execution within each discipline
Utilize and update subsequent internal systems to ensure all campaign information is updated and accurate
Being the primary point of contact for the customer on day-to-day account needs
Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
