Billing & Refunds Coordinator position at Ryz Labs.

Key Responsibilities

Address Customer Experience support tickets related to payments, invoicing, and refunds.
Monitor customer accounts and assist with cash receipts, Wire and ACH payments, and reconciliation of discrepancies.
Prepare daily/monthly journal entries in the ERP system for Cash and A/R transactions.
Process Sales Team Requests, Refunds, Credits, Rate adjustments, and other payment issues in Admin, Stripe, and Avalara.
