The Client Portal team (CLIP) is responsible for systems that provide clients with visibility and control over their account inventory, configuration settings, and operational analytics.
Key projects include the OTP Client Portal, a unified platform replacing legacy applications, and the Entity Configuration Service, a hierarchical data store for client settings.
