About the Role
We are seeking a creative, fast, and detail-oriented Video Editor to produce dynamic video assets that strengthen our brands and drive engagement across multiple platforms. In this role, you will collaborate with our creative team to turn raw footage and creative briefs into high-converting short- and long-form content, leveraging modern tools and AI workflows to produce better content faster.

Responsibilities
Video Editing & Production: Edit short-form and long-form video content for social media, marketing campaigns, product launches, and internal brand projects with strong pacing, motion graphics, transitions, sound effects, and subtitles.
AI Content Workflows:



Implement AI-assisted tools (visuals, voiceovers, captions, avatars) to streamline production, enhance creative output, and increase output speed.
Platform Optimization: Tailor video format, hooks, structure, and pacing to maximize audience retention, producing multiple variations tailored to specific campaign placements.
Creative Collaboration: Partner closely with creative strategists and design teams to translate campaign objectives into visual assets, managing multiple projects simultaneously while incorporating feedback quickly.

Qualifications & Requirements
Language Proficiency: B2 level or higher in English; strong communication skills in both Spanish and English.
Portfolio: Proven track record with a strong portfolio showcasing engaging video editing, solid visual taste, and storytelling.
Mindset: High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and an ownership mindset capable of handli
