? We’re Hiring: Agentic AI Engineer — Native English & Spanish Required

Our client is looking for an experienced Agentic AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy intelligent AI systems capable of reasoning, planning, tool use, and multi-step task execution.

This is a client-facing role, so native-level fluency in both English and Spanish is required. The adecuado candidate must be comfortable communicating technical concepts clearly with stakeholders in both languages.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop autonomous and semi-autonomous AI agents
• Build agentic workflows and multi-agent systems
• Integrate LLMs with APIs, databases, search tools, and external platforms
• Develop RAG pipelines, memory systems, and context-management solutions
• Implement function calling, tool use, structured outputs, and workflow orchestration
• Build evaluation, monitoring, guardrail, and human-in-the-loop systems
• Improve agent reliability, reasoning, planning, and task execution
• Deploy scalable AI solutions into production environments




• Work directly with client stakeholders to understand requirements and present technical solutions in English and Spanish

Requirements

• Native-level English and Spanish
• Strong Python development experience
• Hands-on experience building production LLM applications
• Experience with LangGraph, LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar frameworks
• Strong understanding of RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and semantic search
• Experience with LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or similar platforms
• Experience integrating REST APIs and external services
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Knowledge of Git, CI/CD, testing, and modern software engineering practices
• Strong communication and client-facing skills

Nice to Have

Experience with MCP, multi-agent architectures, LLM evaluation, FastAPI, Docker, Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, Redis, Pinecone, Qdrant, Weaviate, or similar technologies.
