Responsibilities

Communicate with clients regarding booking needs and preferences

Research accommodations, transportation, activities, and related services

Assist with coordinating reservations and confirmations

Review booking information for accuracy and completeness

Provide clients with confirmations, updates, and important details

Assist with changes, adjustments, and special requests

Maintain accurate client and booking records

Follow up on pending requests and required information





Communicate with service providers when necessary

Provide professional support throughout the booking process

Qualifications

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Excellent organization and attention to detail

Customer-focused and professional

Comfortable conducting online research

Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities

Comfortable using email and web-based platforms

Strong follow-up and problem-solving abilities

Previous customer service, reservations, hospitality, or coordination experience is helpful but not required
