We are looking for a hands-on B2B Demand Generation Specialist an SDR team by building targeted prospect lists, creating and executing outbound marketing campaigns, and identifying engaged prospects for SDR follow-up. This is an execution-focused marketing role, not a management or sales position. The ideal candidate is a strong B2B marketer and copywriter who can independently execute campaigns, test different approaches, analyze results, and continuously improve lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain large, targeted prospect lists based on defined industries, verticals, and Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs).

- Use prospecting and data platforms such as Clay, Ocean.io, and similar tools.

- Create and execute vertical-specific email campaigns, LinkedIn ads, landing pages, and other campaign assets.

- Write and test campaign messaging, ad copy, subject lines, offers, and calls to action.

- Operate and manage campaigns through HubSpot Marketing Hub Professional.

- Track prospect engagement and identify warmed prospects for SDR follow-up.

- Conduct A/B testing to improve targeting, messaging, creative, and conversion rates.

- Coordinate with external creative resources when needed.

- Monitor and report campaign performance.

- Focus on improving the number of qualified meetings generated for the SDR team.

Requirements:

- 3–6 years of hands-on experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, or outbound marketing.

- Strong professional English writing and communication skills.

- Strong B2B marketing and copywriting skills.

- Proven experience creating and executing outbound or demand-generation campaigns.

- Experience with CRM, marketing automation, prospecting, and advertising platforms.

- Strong analytical and experimental mindset.





- Ability to learn new tools such as Clay and Ocean.io quickly.

- Experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub is a strong advantage.

- Experience with LinkedIn advertising is a strong advantage.

- Experience marketing SaaS, IT, cybersecurity, or other technical B2B products is a plus, but not required.

- Able to work independently and execute campaigns from planning through performance analysis. Adecuado Candidate Attributes:
