Acting as a Marketing Manager you will develop and execute strategic marketing programs to support the launch, promotion, and lifecycle management of medical device products. Your role will cover all Latin America for our ENT (Ear, Nose and Throat) portfolio, requiring travel within the region (up to 50% of the time)



to support regional initiatives and engage with stakeholders. This position requires a deep understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, including regulatory and compliance considerations, to ensure all marketing activities meet industry standards. The position follows a hybrid working model.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
Guide product planning, launches, management, market development, and research by identifying customer needs and business opportunities to bring products from concept to market
Partner with integral and local teams to identify marketing opportunities, manage projects through to completion, and coordinate regional activities to strengthen collaboration and build partnerships
Coordinate trade shows, website initiatives, e-commerce strategies, and campaign tracking to evaluate results and recommend future marketing activities
