We're looking for a proactive and service-oriented Junior Service Desk Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll provide first-line technical support, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help ensure the smooth operation of our IT services while building your skills in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

How you'll make an impact

Provide 1st level technical support to internal and external customers, ensuring timely resolution of incidents.

Manage and coordinate incidents through ITSM tools, including proper documentation and tracking.





Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, escalating complex cases to specialized teams when needed.

Monitor IT infrastructure and systems to ensure stability and performance.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive efficient issue resolution and continuous improvement.

What Makes You a Great Fit

Understanding of networking concepts (LAN/WAN) and IT infrastructure.

Hands-on experience with PC hardware components and diagnostics.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows environments

MS Office tools.

Availability to work in a 24/7 support model with rotating shifts.

Team-oriented mindset with strong learning agility and adaptability.

Effective communication skills in Spanish and English.
