Location: Buenos Aires, Argentina (On-site)

Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop a comprehensive recruitment strategy tailored to specific roles.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offering processes for various functions and levels within the organization.- Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques to ensure our recruitment practices are current and competitive.




- Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders and clients to provide consultative guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.
- Ensure compliance with all hiring policies and procedures, as well as any relevant legal requirements.
- Collaborate with HR and Talent Acquisition teams to promote diversity and inclusion throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on the LATAM region.
- Ability to come to the office 5 days a week (Monday-Friday)
- Demonstrated success in hiring for a variety of roles and levels within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong understanding of LATAM labor markets and employment practices.-
