This role requires professionalism, discretion, and the ability to work independently while following company and legal guidelines.

Responsibilities:
- Contact medical facilities by phone to verify whether a person received treatment.
- Research provider information using databases and online resources.
- Compile accurate reports and document findings.
- Maintain professional communication with medical offices and staff.
- Follow investigative protocols and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced Level of English language
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar software.
- Bachelors degree preferred.
