- Responsibilities

End-to-End Talent Acquisition Ownership
- Own the complete recruitment lifecycle for global hiring needs, including:
- Intake meetings with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and success profiles
- Creation and execution of sourcing strategies
- Offer preparation, approvals, negotiation, and offer delivery
- Recruitment reporting and post-hire process improvements
- Develop strong partnerships with business leaders, People Partners, and HR stakeholders to ensure recruiting strategies align with business priorities.
