Job Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical and technically skilled Salesforce Data Cloud Administrator to oversee our enterprise data architecture within the Salesforce Data 360 ecosystem. In this role,



you will be responsible for connecting disconnected data sources, managing data models, and ensuring accurate identity resolution to create a single source of truth for our customers. You will work closely with marketing, sales, service, and IT teams to build unified customer profiles that drive personalized experiences and actionable insights across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities
- Data Ingestion & Mapping: Configure and manage data streams from various sources (Salesforce CRM, Marketing Cloud, AWS, website analytics, ERPs) into Data Cloud. Map ingested data to the Data Model.
- Identity Resolution: Define, configure, and refine identity resolution rulesets (match and reconciliation rules) to unify customer records and eliminate duplicates, ensuring an accurate, unified customer profile.
