This role is focused on transforming complex healthcare data into meaningful insights through robust data models, interactive dashboards, and high-quality reporting that supports data-driven decision-making across the organization.

What You'll Be Doing:
Reporting to the VP, Data Science & Analytics, you will design and develop scalable BI solutions, write advanced SQL queries, build interactive dashboards,



and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights. You'll ensure data quality, optimize reporting performance, and help stakeholders make informed business decisions through accurate and impactful analytics.

Business Intelligence & Data Modeling:
- Develop and maintain advanced SQL queries using AWS Redshift.
- Design and maintain data models that support self-service analytics.
- Analyze complex healthcare datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
- Deliver ad-hoc analyses that support operational and executive decision-making.
- Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into scalable BI solutions.

Dashboard Development & Reporting:
- Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau (or equivalent BI tools).
- Create intuitive visualizations
