About the Role

As a Creative Producer for the ROLA team, you will support the Creative Production Manager in the planning, coordination, and execution of specific regional and local campaigns, ensuring that creative deliverables move efficiently from brief to final delivery.





This role will act as a key connection between Marketing and Creative Services, while also helping lead day-to-day conversations with external vendors, tracking timelines, aligning priorities, and supporting the administrative workflows required to execute campaigns successfully.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Production Management

Support the Creative Production Manager in coordinating assigned ROLA campaign workstreams, helping organize priorities, timelines, deliverables, approvals, risks, and follow-ups across each project.

Stakeholder, Vendor & Communication Management
- Serve as a key point of contact between Marketing, Creative Services, and external vendors for assigned ROLA campaigns.
- Lead day-to-day vendor conversations, ensuring clear briefs, aligned expectations, timely feedback, and proper asset delivery.
- Keep stakeholder communication organized, with requests, approvals, changes, and risks clearly documented and shared on time.
