THE ROLE
- More specifically, you will:_




- Generate reports and track recruiting metrics to support data-driven decision making and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with integral HR and talent acquisition colleagues to share best practices and support company-wide recruiting initiatives.

WHAT YOU BRING TO SOVOS
- Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Strong proficiency with technology, including Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and the ability to quickly learn new software and tools.
- Experience coordinating across stakeholders, managing schedules, or working in a fast-moving team environment is helpful but not required — we'll assess for organizational skill and judgment.
