About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and proactive Talent Sourcer to support our Talent Acquisition team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience in sales, customer service, lead generation, outbound outreach, or recruitment support who are interested in building a career in talent sourcing and recruitment.

Responsibilities:
- Generate interest in available opportunities and maintain ongoing communication with prospects.
- Collaborate closely with recruiters and the Talent Acquisition team to prioritize hiring needs.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, recruitment, lead generation, business development, or related roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable initiating conversations and building relationships with new people.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.




- Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow up consistently.
- Experience using LinkedIn or similar sourcing platforms is a plus.
- English level C1 or higher is required.
