What you'll do:
- (80%) Own end-to-end recruiting for OKTOBER: sourcing, screening, and closing 6+ hires a month across RM, Design, and other roles
- (10%) Support core People Ops, from onboarding to day-to-day people questions, keeping things running smoothly as the team grows fast
- (10%) Partner closely with our P&C; Lead on strategic initiatives, from org structure rollouts to process design, as we build our people foundations from the ground up

What we're looking for (non negotiable):
- Solid, hands-on recruiting experience in an agency, startup,



or fast-scaling environment where you've owned hiring end-to-end, not just coordinated it
- A structured, process-minded operator who can bring order to a "still building everything" environment without needing it handed to youGrowth path: This role is roughly 80% recruiting today, but it's built to grow. As our people processes mature, you'll take on more ownership as a People Partner, leading your own strategic projects alongside our P&C; Lead, not just supporting them.
