Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Platform Administration: Manage administrative functions including user provisioning, role and permission configuration, business unit setup, and security settings.
- Data Management: Architect and maintain Data Extensions,



attribute groups, and data relationships within Contact Builder. Write and optimize SQL queries to segment audiences and automate data imports/exports.
- System Integration: Monitor and maintain Marketing Cloud Connect to ensure seamless data flow and synchronization between Salesforce CRM (Sales/Service Cloud) and Marketing Cloud.
- Release Management: Stay current with Salesforce releases, assessing how new features and updates will impact the current environment and recommending platform enhancements.

Required Qualifications

- Experience: 5-7 years of dedicated experience administering Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Automation Studio and Journey Builder.
- Strong working knowledge of SQL for complex data segmentation.
